I will offer a variety of greens every week. I may not have every variety available every week but throughout the course of the market year I will alternate all of these into the market menu:
organic black sunflower, organic speckled pea, genovese basil, large leaf basil, slow bolt cilantro, carrot, red acfe cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, walthem broccoli, sango purple radish, rambo radish, china rose radish, daikon radish, red garnet amaranth, bulls blood beet, red russian kale, swiss chard ruby red, nasturium, kohlrabi purple vienna, cress curled triton, purple radish, southern giant mustard, bok choi, white stem cabbage, dill, di cicco broccoli, black tuscan kale, fennel florence, spicy oriental mustard, rutabaga, clover
